I believe one of my best skills is having the ability to recognize when there is a need and then do something about it. I have a great position as a Realtor in San Diego. It is a pleasure to have the ability to help an Investor, Individual or a Family find a home as well as help transition from one property position to another.

There will always be circumstances where a change in property position and home ownership must be made. Timing of life events is not always predictable and a solution on your own and by yourself may not be the best option. Maintaining daily obligations together with an unforeseen life event can be more than most can handle. In circumstances like this, decisions may be made under stress and the time required to create the “perfect” solution may not be available.

Like many have, I experienced unforeseen life events and the stress and chaos that came with it. Today, I understand what can be done to put chaos in place and create the best option to move from one property position to the next.

The process we will follow is put in place by me but each part was proved by those with years of experience to yield the best results.
First: The process we will follow starts with our initial meeting. In our first meeting, I must take time to learn about your current position, goals and your preferred solution.
Second: We will review the Market Value of your property. I will share what I believe to be a fair assessment of value. An Investor, Individual or Family will also base an offer on: 
+Market Condition
+Comparable Sales
+Property Condition
+Cash Based Offer or Loan Based Offer
+Length of Escrow
+Other Factors

Third: We will review what you may expect and experience from the offer(s) you may receive.
My goal is to present up to 3 offers.  I will share my thoughts based on experience on each received. I will not stop at 3 offers if you prefer more but after three you should see an average and waiting for a better option may lose all previous options. You are not obligated to accept what is presented but receiving up to 3 offers from an Investor, Individual, or Family may be the quicker but more fair solution you are looking for.
